7. Deposit of 10% due day of sale, balance within 30 days. 10% Buyer’s Premium applied.
8. All announcements the day of the sale takes precedence over any printed material – for example, if someone places the property in both sales and it sells in the Centre County sale, it is withdrawn for the Blair County sale
