Do you charge a fee for consultations?

• No. We value the opportunity to discuss your goals and needs. If it turns out that we are not the correct fit for you, we will refer you to a service that is.
   

Will we still have to consider contingent contracts?

• Everything that we sell at auction is sold "as is" and "non-contingent," with a 30-day projected settlement date and the buyer paying for title insurance while all other allowable closing costs are split by the buyer and seller.
